Tell us a little bit about your role please

In Digiweb, my role is quite broad and includes managing commercials, key partners and products along with day-to-day operations of the business. In Viatel, I’m responsible for the service delivery aspect of the business which involves order validation and managing a team to bring customer orders from point of sale through to live service as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Give us the highlights tour of your career to date

There have been many! Throughout the years, I have seen the telecoms market move from sub one megabyte speeds to gigabyte speeds. Specific highlights include being involved in the many group acquisitions and launching and growing our full fibre to the home offerings. More recently, a real highlight has been leading the service delivery function within Viatel to really deliver for our customers and set us up for next phase of growth.

What do you love most about working with Viatel?

We are constantly adapting and growing, there’s always something new to learn and the only thing that stays the same is the desire across the company to do our best for the customer and the business.
