For Rebecca, the functionality within Copilot was a welcome improvement in the note- taking process: “One of the biggest time-savers is generating meeting notes. Often, after customer meetings, I’m handwriting notes, then transcribing them into emails – a process that could take up to an hour.

Imagine asking your workday assistant, “What meetings do I have today?” Copilot allows Rebecca to do just that. “I can priortise my day-to-day plan by asking Copilot what meetings I have for the day”. It can even summarise lengthy documents or email threads, saving her even more valuable time.
